1. Provider submits business details and documents.
2. Business registration and contact details are reviewed.
3. The Certificate of Competence (COC) is checked.
4. Funeral association membership is confirmed.
5. Physical address and service areas are verified.
6. The listing is approved or declined with reasons.
7. Verification may be reviewed again over time to keep listings current.
