What we check

• Valid Certificate of Competence (COC) for cremation handling
• Current membership of a recognised funeral association (NFDA, SAIF or equivalent)
• Traceable physical business premises
• Working contact channels and a responsible contact person

What we do not guarantee

Verification is based on information checked at the time of review. Families should still ask questions and confirm details before appointing a provider.
